Refund & Return Policy
We want every customer to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. If you have any concerns, please reach out — we’re here to help and will resolve issues promptly.

Non-Returnable Items
Because each fixture is made to order, all hardwired lighting fixtures, chandeliers, pendants, and any customized or made-to-order items are final sale and not eligible for return unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Eligible Returns
Only non-custom accessories (such as bulbs, shades, hardware, or parts that were not made to order) may be returned.
To be eligible:

• The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition.
• Returns must be initiated within 60 days of delivery.

Return Shipping
Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return
Email returns@hangoutlighting.com to request a Return Authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can replace or correct it immediately.
