Because each fixture is made to order, all hardwired lighting fixtures, chandeliers, pendants, and any customized or made-to-order items are final sale and not eligible for return unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Only non-custom accessories (such as bulbs, shades, hardware, or parts that were not made to order) may be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
